Are you an experienced Buyer looking to grow your career with a stable, family-owned manufacturer? We’re hiring for a Buyer to join a company known for its award-winning craftsmanship and strong dealer network across North America. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment who’s ready to take the next step.

What you will do:
- Purchase raw materials, components, and supplies to support production schedules
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for assigned product categories
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers to ensure best total cost
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, logistics) to meet business needs
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement documentation and reporting
What you will need to be successful:
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, or procurement (manufacturing preferred)
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations is highly desirable
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- NAPM/APICS membership or certification is a bonus
