You will learn about our Group Lifestyle Balance program designed to help adults at risk for Type 2 diabetes and/or heart disease. You will learn about the design of our program and how you can safely lose weight, slowly and safely increase physical activity, how to problem solve, and how to prevent Type 2 diabetes.
If you have any of the following: elevated blood sugar levels, higher BMI, obesity, high cholesterol, larger waist circumference, and/or family history of Type 2 Diabetes.
