Woodward Community Based Services was founded in 2006 in response to the growing need to serve children, adolescents, and their families in their home community.
We provide a full continuum of community-based services for individuals and families across all stages of life - from early childhood and family support services to care for court-involved adolescents, as well as skill-building and independent living support for adults with mental health diagnoses and intellectual or developmental disabilities.
