Todd McDonald has been a community and business leader for over 35 years. In 1998, McDonald founded his own training and development firm, ATW Training Solutions, Inc. ATW provides tailored training solutions to clients on a local, national and international basis. Todd is also owner of New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Des Moines. He currently serves on the board of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry and the Waukee Betterment Foundation. In 2020 Todd was chosen as one of the 2020 Business People Who Made a Difference. |
